By accessing or using the services provided by Broom, LLC (“Broom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through heybroom.com and app.heybroom.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Broom provides an AI-powered automation platform for residential cleaning businesses. The Service includes AI phone receptionist, automated scheduling, quoting, invoicing, and customer communication tools. Broom acts as a technology provider — we are not a party to any agreement between cleaning businesses and their customers.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to handle phone calls, generate quotes, and manage scheduling on behalf of your business. You acknowledge that:
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payments between cleaning businesses and their customers are handled directly — Broom facilitates invoicing but is not responsible for payment disputes between businesses and their customers.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Broom, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any required consent from your customers for call recording and data processing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the Service settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ventura County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
